The Low Bar Attachment from Titan Fitness® features a 48 mm diameter handle that bolts onto the Pro Sled Core Unit, and sits 9-inches high. The Low Bar keeps your body in a lower position while you push the sled and build stronger leg muscles. The height of the Low Bar creates increased resistance, so you get more out of every push.
NOTE: Arch Attachments are NOT required to use the High Bar, as it bolts directly to Pro Sled Core Unit
